MTN Global roaming is a ****!!!

Mtn global roaming is a ****. I've travelled abroad twice in the last year. Both times i contacted MTN beforehand to make sure the roaming was active and both times when arriving in another country my phone was not operational. To make matters worse on my last travels i bought R299 worth of data for international roaming off the mtn app za. When i got there it did not work at all and showed 0 gigs available on the app, when i contacted mtn to receive a refund they responded briefly, but i am now being totally ignored. I can safely MTN has blatantly ****** my money. Beware their global roaming and data roaming purchases are a ****!
