MTN GLEN IS PATHETIC

MTN customer service is pathetic.<br> I am trying to terminate my contract with them from last 6 months <br> And they keep on giving me the reference numbers and on the other side they keeping on charging me the contract .<br> And I have deactivated my number couples of years ago.<br> One should indeed drag them into the courts !<br> They are irresponsible and working impotent staff!<br> I used the MTN for at least two decades.<br> But now they have lost one loyal customer!<br> Today also they have given me the reference number and told me to check again after a week or so.<br> The name that they have made and the service they provide doesn't match each other.
