Mtn Giving out ********** contracts!!!!

I received a call asking me to confirm the contract that I app**** for. After confirming that I did not apply for a contract, the consultant said he would check on his side and get back to me. I didn't receive a call. But he obviously went ahead and approved the contract because my account was debited. Why are your consultants allowing ********** contracts to be taken up????
