Mtn giving me the Run around

I had a contract with mtn that was due for upgrade in March 2023. I did not authorise an upgrade, however MTN began charging me on a month to month basis without my consent or communicating with me. I am now trying to cancell this ridiculous contract because it is charging me 3 times more on month to month. Mtn is not available telephonically to cancel. Ive sent ab email and received a response to call tekephonically.
