MTN giving contracts on your name

<p>I'm staying in CT.</p> <p>On the 1st of July 2017 my MTN d/order for MTN went of my bank for much more as usual.</p> <p>I phone MTN and they told me a contract was taken on the 12 of May in JHB on my name(without my ID)</p> <p>I went to MTN and they told me the money will be back in my acount the following week and that they are very sorry.</p> <p>Today its the 15th of July and guess what. I'm still waiting for a answer from MTN.</p> <p>I'm a client for the past 20 years of MNT and dont think this is the way to treat your clients</p>
