MTN gives zero service after 2 months of trying

I had a 3G aerial installed over 2 months ago as i was not getting a good reception.<br> <br> After the job was completed, i noticed that the aerial had been installed skew and whenever the wind blows, its makes a loud banging noise continually. After 2 months of asking someone to come and fix it, nothing has happened. 2 months ago, Shelton (The area service contractor) called me and promised he would come, and he hasn't. I called last week and they said they would escalate my complaint. Nothing. I called again this morning and it MTN started arguing saying that the correct aerial was installed so whats the problem. I cant believe my ears! MTN doesn't care, and gives ZERO service. 8 weeks and nothing. I suggest if you expect any type of service and even a courteous reply, don't do business with MTN. And yet they take my money every month for a service i'm not getting. Yet when i asked to cancel they said i have to see the contract through. But yet i get no service.
