MTN GIVES WRONG INFORMATION TO ITC-FAILS TO RECTIFY

MTN has one of the WORST administration and handling of customers!!! So this is what happend to me, I found out that MTN has listed me on the ITC as a debtor that is owing them over 70 000 rands. When i call MTN to have this rectified NO ONE helps instead their job is to send me from pillar to post. I now must put MY LIFE on hold because i cannot buy ANYTHING MAJOR on CREDIT with such a large DEBT hanging over my head. What hurts me the most is am paying them religiously everymonth for my contract. I've never missed a single payment. This is the LAST time that i will take a contract with them. You have lost a loyal customer in me and THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MESSING UP A VERY GOOD CREDIT RECORD THAT TOOK ME YEARS TO BUILD WHEN I OWE YOU JACK
