MTN Gives Rotten Customer Service!

I cancelled and paid my contract in full, yet every month I’m still getting billed for an amount of R707. This has been ongoing for the last four months now and no matter how much I plead with MTN Retentions Department, absolutely nothing has been done. Shame on you MTN for poor customer care!!
