MTN gives poor service

I have app**** for wi fi bundle. I was then contacted by a sales person who took my details and told me I was successful with my application and to have certain documents ready for when my router and essentials will be delivered. Two weeks later I received an email informing me about my MTN statements and also received a sms telling me my application was succesful and to post certain documents, which I did. I also needed a password to open my statement , which I have never created. I contacted them by email but to date have not received any answer nor goods.
