mtn gives pathetic service

hi I have did contract upgrade with mtn at branch in davenport durban which is no more cause of unrest. I was told on the day mtn is having a problem with system so contract documents will be emailed to me. I never received any yet. then I received billing & going through it im over charged by R150. I queried it & now getting runaround story. they want a copy of contract which i never receive. I took a dbl. deal on a samsung A32 which is in their catalog. looking at billing they charging me for 3 devices instead of 2. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see they mistake. now they ****ing me off emailing me for survey for service rendered. honestly speaking the are flipping pathetic. they are ripping me off being a loyal client since 2004 this is the pathetic service you get from no word to describe
