Mtn gives faulty laptops to customers

Mtn cradelestone mall gave me a laptop and when I opened it to work it doesn’t work. I returned it to the shop and they refuse to take it back even though I’m still within my 7 day return timeframe. They mentioned that HP will collect the laptop and have been quiet hoping it goes away. Hp has not contacted me and I’m still unable to do work due to a faulty laptop. They also don’t disclose this process upfront when I took the laptop
