MTN Give with one hand and take away with other!

I regularly buy a 1GB DataBundle for my USB Modem and get the free 1GB payback promo thrown in -great and thank you MTN.<br> But when a previous purchase's expiry date is reached I get an SMS to tell me and my current unexpired data is drastically depleted - this not a coincidence I think. I suspect that MTN's expiry software is not taking the expiry date of the current bundle into consideration and is just zapping it regardless. This being the case then I have lost thousands of KB's over the years!! I want MTN to prove my suspicions wrong, but when I try o submit a complaint the CAPTCHA repeatedly fails and my complaint never goes through!!
