MTN give me my money. Still waiting!

<p>REQ: ********** still unresolved. This is your ref you gave me on 22 Dec saying I would receive a refund of R796.50. I received R540 and on 1 Jan MTN deducted a further R256,50. I rep**** to their post concerning this on 1 Jan and a week later and still haven't received a response. Not impressed!</p>
