MTN give me my data breakdown!!!

I’m experiencing a huge challenge with MTN data. where I load 1g data and within hours it’s depleted even when 98% off of my apps are off. This happens when i'm not uploading or downloading anything. MTN is *****ing it’s clients. I have called MTN Customer service and spoke to a very *********** consultant that could not give me answers to the queries i had. MTN must want me a report on my data usage, because this is totally insane. MTN also claims to offer it's customers "free usage/data for Twitter" but when you don't have data you cannot access twitter???
