MTN gift claim false advertising

Redicilos offers that does not even load onto your account.

This was my 3rd time using the My MTN gifts on the MTN app and only the first time I got the offer as displayed on the app. The first time I purchased the 1.5GB + 1.5GB for R99.

The second time I had the same "gift" but never received the free offer and I left it.

This time again the offer was 1GB bundle for R35 with 1GB Facebook bundle free. To my surprise they added the Facebook bundle but not the actual 1GB bundle 🤦🏽♂️

Well done MTN, well done!!!

After being with you guys for more than 8 year, and a contract customer for 6 years this is not the way to go.

I'm highly disappointed
