MTN getting worse by the day
I have been a loyal contract customer of MTN for the past 20 years. I started doing business with them because of their "great" reception. But I am on the verge of going over to Vodacom for that specific reason.I live 15km outside of Upington .And i have huge issues with my signal.I even had an MTN booster installed inside my house to try and resolve the problem. The booster is not working any more.I have reported it twice(with apparent escalation) but to no avail. I have now gone over to a vodacom router which works perfectly without skipping a heartbeat. I do alot of business from my phone and laptop from home, and if i do not have internet or even enough signal to make a call ,i loose money. I am really dissapointed. Everytime there is loadshedding there is absolutely no signal from MTN,while vodacom has no trouble. Customer care just replies that the batteries could not charge enough.then how is your competitor able to do so?I am due for an upgrade but I do not think I can trust MTN to uphold their part of the contract anymore. After all these years of loayalty to a company it would be sad to leave, but it might be for the better.
