MTN getting struggles

I Have been an MTN customer from the very first Cellphone that I had. MTN signal was always stable and dropping a call was unheard of. However MTN has really became a struggle. Almost every call gets dropped at least once. So to finish a conversation 2 or 3 calls has to be made. In a lot of places around Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging, Vaalpark and Sasolburg the signal just disappears so no call or any form of data call can be made. It really defeats the purpose of having a phone if the network is unreliable and unstable. The most dissapointing is that they are never late in taking money but you never seem to get your money back for a service that does not work. Dropped calls, no signal, no data connection etc. Its just becoming worse and worse. What can be done about this?
