MTN GETS WORSE THOUGH!!! SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!

<p>So after reportin that there had been a ********** upgrade in 2016 on my account, MTN corrected the upgrade date finally! Been on this since 2017! It was extremey hard for me to upgrade as MTN had not fixed this mess! Now MTN needs to reimburse me for the device that was **********ly taken under my name which I have been paying for.......the reimbur*****t is taking rather LONG! Been following up every week & told the same story-The matter has apparently been resolved 808 consultants say and journal hasn't been passed! How is the matter resolved though when I haven't been reimbursed!? What is this journal that needs to be passed that is just not getting passed! I hope this won't take another year!!!! Get new friendly consultants whilst at it! PLEASE REIMBURSE ME ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like you are running some sort of ****a shop! Unprofessional consultants who sound as though they are yawning!!!! Your service is indeed POOR! PLEASE REIMBURSE ME!!!</p>
