MTN gets Empowered Outsourcing to do their dirty work for them - **********

MTN cant do their own dirty work so they get Empowered Outsourcing to do it for them. My husband and daughter's contracts were due for an upgrade, a lady from Empowered called me I specifically said to this lady I don't want to upgrade now so she informed me the devices was paid up so she will be taking it off my contracts then I will pay almost R1500 less I asked her if I do this will I be able to upgrade when I feel like it, I did not asked this once I asked this numerous times and she assured me yes I can. Now both contracts has been upgrade without my authorization, the number I have *** gives you an e-mail address but it not clear, MTN apparently doesn't know who they are, I've logged numerous complaints with MTN but nobody is getting back to me! Empowered Outsourcing is **********. Do not talk to them!
