MTN!!! Get your **** together! Your gonna be the reason this company is going to loose customers!!!

I have a LTE service with webafrica but the service provider is MTN I have been complaining about my speeds since the beginning of last week. I have been communicating with webafrica to mtn to resolve my issues. Al they say to webafrica is to wait 24 hours each and every day and nothing gets resolved. Why??? I have been sending my test speeds like you recommended and everything!!!!
