MTN GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!

I recently opt in for a sim contact via online application and then received a phone call from a lovely lady who assisted me debi check was approved and all, and 3-5 days later the sim was delivered. and here is when my hell started, the sim was not activated, called them was told it will the a few hours, called MTN again was told 24hours ... 24HR later nothing decided to go straight to MTN and was told that the sim has never been activated , mind you its a month later after calls and emails with no help I then decided to cancel the SIM, once again I called , sms and went to MTN once again with zero help but endless ref numbers! the debit order is still very much active, and i refuse to pay for something that I have not used once
