MTN George town in Western Cape. I want my refund as I was promised and I want to cancel MTN Forever because of bad service you provide. It’s literally Zero.

MTN GEORGE WC, I bought a router online and it was giving me problems. So I went to the Branch in Garden Route mall and this guy said I need to pay for my sim card to get registered and I paid R150 and still it didn’t connect, I went to the one in Town I paid R295 again coz the lady said my account is over due, but to my surprise I never used the router. I cancelled the router and it took a month to cancel but they did take my money from my account for something that is not working. So I have been waiting for my refund till this day . And then I went to town again to do another router on Thursday and i paid R700 but I used it for 2 days and when I called the coverage team still they said my device has a problem I am so tired and I went my refund.
