MTN George Poor service

<p>Struggle to upgrade in George. First of all I do not know why they have landlines because Eden Meander or the George branch never seem to pick up the phone. Me and my husband can upgrade so I phoned on Sunday ask if we can upgrade the lady told me they have no stock but she will keep a S7 and A7 out when it arrives on the Tuesday and give me a call. Never received a call back from her. Phoned today they are yet again out of stock nevet kept the 2 phones out for me and my husband. She was so rude just hung up the phoned not even a apology just said we can call again on Tuesday or Thursdays. Will defnitley cancel both our contracts and move to a network that has client services because MTN has none!</p>
