MTN George - Find new sales people at your branch!

MTN George has the WORST customer service I have ever come across for a cellphone service provider. One sales person in particular should not even be in the industry - he is rude, unhelpful and a down right menace to the shop!! My advice would be to get sales people in who actually want to be there! As soon as my contracts are up I will be cancelling and moving over to another provider. And they still have the audacity to ask why cancel with MTN?!! A shocker of a service provider!! I cancelled one of my contracts to be told I owe nothing further, to find out that in fact I do and then this certain sales person still has to have an attitude when it was MTN's misinformation in the first place!
