MTN gave me life trauma 😭😭😭😭

MTN is giving me hell I’m having a contact with them which is due in May this year , December I receive a statement saying I need to pay about R10 500 , for early cancellation, which I did not cancell , now they blocked my lines , I don’t have access to my phone anymore😭😭😭😭and no one is helping me , I went to MTN store PMB they say I should call 135 , from December to date now one is helping me , they say they still do investigation, I’m frastrated now by all of this , I hate MTN with all of me 😭😭😭😭😭I also ask the people from call Center to send me recording or any prove that I have cancell the contract even now I haven’t received any
