MTN gave me a broken cellphone!!!!!!

I have had a contract with mtn for sooooo many years no. About 2 months ago I had the oppurtunity to upgrade my contract again. Had the phone for 2 days and there was problems. MTN Sanlam Head Office in Bellville sended the phone away to see what is wrong with it .It has been almost 2 months now and I STILL do not have my new phone. I am paying for something that I do not even have and it was NOT my fault. MTN gave me a broken cellphone.
