MTN Gateway- UTTER BULL**** SERVICE!!!!!

MTN Gateway - SABC1395. If anyone can provide clarity on how to cancel off a contract, please do not hesitate to share information.

On the 11/03/2023 - My wife decided to take out a Samsung device, however the consultant continued to tarnish the brand name, pursuaded her to take an OPPO device. After reaching home, the Wife decided this handset is not user friendly and she doesn't want it anymore. Went back into the store on the 12th and 13th of March, only to be told by the store consultants, She cannot return the device simply because she doesn't like it. Bear in mind, this is handset / contract is less than 7 working days. The store is delaying cancelling off this contract so that it passess the 7 day cooling off period.
