MTN GATEWAY THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE
WOW WHAT A PLEASURE IT WAS TO DEAL WITH MTN GATEWAY. KELLY SHORT WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO SMOOTH THE UPGRADE TRANSACTION. ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. NO LONG LINES AND SEATS TO SIT ON. THANK YOU

16 Jul 2018, 07:23Only a pleasure, so great to have good service for a change. Had a dreadful nightmare at the istore in Gateway before dealing with MTN Gateway and Kelly. Had to drive four times from Morningside to Gateway and istore still made mistakes on the contract so contacted the CEO, Hello Peter and Megan Power of Suday Times consumer watch. Only then did they sort it out. Kelly was super helpful, emailing and phoning me to make sure I did not waste time driving backwards and forwards and that my son got his phone in time for his birthday. She is new, a trainee but will do you proud. In fact all your staff at the Gateway store were super friendly and helpful. Thanks once again
