MTN Gateway Terrible Support

MTN Store in Gateway (Durban) sold me a malfunctioning Samsung phone that automatically deletes contacts. For the last 6 months or so, I have alerted them & also asked them to have the phone issue resolved. I have been up and down trying to resolve this issue with both MTN & Samsung not to avail. In their last conversation, they said I need to take this issue up with the ombudsman.
