Mtn GATEWAY STORE (opposite macdonalds),IS THE WORSE EVER

<p>I did an upgrade with Mtn Gateway store,on the 4th of July 2017. I upgraded for the contract that offered a samsung 40 inch smart led tv,which was R599 per month. They said i will recieve the tv within 5-7 days. After 8 days,i went to the shop,and the consultant,tells me to wait for the tv. After much persistance,the consultant phones the mtn warehouse,and they then say,they dont have any of these tv's available. So i say to them,howcome,this shop is offering this contract but the product is not available. Also,prior to this,i have been constantly phoning this store,but nobody answers their office line. I must of made at least 20 phone calls per day,and that has been spread out during the day,and evening. That is the most frustating part. Then i make another visit to the store,after 13 days,and the manager (Gale) tells me that she is awaiting feedback,and promises to call me with feedback. But never phone me back. Then after visits to the store,and getting cell numbers of two consultants,i tried phoning Gugu,but she sends me sms,saying that i will get the tv. Then they offer me a samsung cheaper tv,not smart tv,and i agreed to even take it,but is they could lower the contact price,as i am taking a cheaper tv,but they said they can not do that. Then last week after another week, i get no response so i visit the store again on friday the 28th,and insist of getting assistance. I basically wanted the area managers number,which they refused to give me,so they said they will phone the manager Farida,and i then spoke to her. She also says that i will get the tv,but she is awaiting feedback from her supplier. I phone her this morning again,and sent her a whatsapp message,which she did not respond to yet. I am also in the customer service department,and if we cant meet the customers promise that we made,we will do anything to source the product,and make the client happy,even at our cost. I told them at the mtn store,and i emailed mtn customer service,but still i never got a reponse from them up till today. I even told them that this particular tv,is currently available at dionwired and game,so why cant they arrange to buy the tv,and they say it does not work like that. The problem is that mtn,is getting the tv's direct from Samsumg at a lower price,and only if they buy in bulk. Now is that my problem,This situation is not a normal scenario,and they should of made a plan to arrange one tv direct from the shop. This is so frustating,and i could of purchased this tv along time ago from Game,if they told me this is not available. Mtn,service is digusting,and they have no regard for customer satisfaction.</p>
