MTN Gateway Mall Bad service

I'm beyond disgusted by the level of service I received today at MTN gateway mall (Umhlanga Rocks), the staff was rude, undermining and ****** towards me and my sister as we needed assistance from them.

My aunt was involved in a terrible car accident and someone stole her cellphone, so we needed her phone blocked as it contained sensitive information and the staff at MTN didn't bother assisting us and all we got was rolling eyes and silence.
