MTN Garden Route Store - Bad Experience!!!

Worst client experience and service received from thi specific MTN shop at Garden Route Mall… the client service personnel have no communication/ client care after several times coming in store to check on my device gone for. Repair and the blame being always shifted. Dealing with Burnelee Booyseen And Liza Gotha …. Who could not give answers from my device being booked in :

06 October- booked in 17 Oct - device was delivered to store After several visits to store 30 October I went in store and the device was no where to be found and the store claiming it was still at repair .
