MTN Garden Route

I recently needed to renew my contract with MTN and went into the shop at the Garden Route Mall, George. We didn't have to wait too long for assistance and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the process was very cumbersome and somewhat frustrating. I have been a client of MTN for a number of years and each month payment is made by stop order, however, I had to wait for an unacceptably long time before I received approval. The system for the renewal of a contract is definitely not customer friendly. I then discovered that I wasn't able to access the data and telephoned MTN. The person I spoke to didn't understand what my problem was, and kept on telling me that my data was connected, which it wasn't. I managed to sort it out myself.
