MTN games

I have a business sky contract with MTN... I pay roughly R3500 per month for 2 gadgets and 1 SIM card 1- iPhone XS Max 256Gb = 19000+ mins, 3999 sms, 263Gb data= loyalty points 8600+ 2-iPad 10Gb data only 1600+ 3- SIM card 4gb In December till today I have not received my loyalty points and would like MTN to provide my bill details as they say there is no way I received the number of points I say I used to receive from MTN. My last transfer of points was in December .. I transferred 8600 points This is not the first time MTN has not been honest in dealing with me . Before it was my data ... now it’s my loyalty rewards
