MTN gamer + subscriptions

HelloPeter I’m so ****ed, I bought R119 airtime for my router/WiFi SIM so that I could top up my data. My balance turned out to be R35.70

When I call the customer service they tell me about subscriptions I do not even know of! How do I subscribe with a SIM card I barely use for other things except to wait for my monthly data to be loaded on it!?

So now I’ve donated R83.30 because I do not know what to do with my money? I’m so angry, this isn’t fair, and they won’t refund me instead they tell me to call the subscription numbers to cancel any future deductions!

Worse the subscription names are ‘MTN Gamer +’ or something, and yet the consultant tells me MTN has nothing to do with these subscriptions!
