MTN galleria lost my phone.

MTN galleria where is my phone!???? I bought a brand new hawaei P40 cash from your galleria branch.my sales consultant name was Musa.not even a month later and my speaker wasn't working.according to Musa they would not replace my phone but send it off for repairs.Alright fine so we sent it off. 7 weeks later after taking my phone in and receiving a confirmation email that my phone has been sent off for repairs hawaei head office says they don't have my phone with them.i took it soon myself (after requesting an update or some feedback about my phone numerous times)to contact hawaei head office and give them my IMEI number.They have no record of my phone being received.so were is my phone Musa?MTN where is my phone.you took my money and have absolutely no aftersales customer service.disgusting.theft.all you care about is money.taking people's money and wasting their time. You better find out fast where my phone is before I take it further.please be warned about MTN and there pathetic so called customer service!you list my phone.
