I purchased a new laptop from MTN in March 2024, without any damage whatsoever, the laptop keyboard keys are not working, I called MTN and they told me to take the laptop in its box with the invoice to the MTN store which I did, at the store they told me that the biggest mistake I made was buying online because most clients who purchase online face challenges when it comes to their gadgets and they told me that they could not take the laptop back since I had made the purchase online. I'm livid by this company honestly.
