MTN full of nonsense

MNT IS SEriously bull****ting me, i paid what i owed to them on the 9 of July, called them to cancel my contract with no response, everytime i called i get cut, i called the lady at retensions n she stated that she escalated my query to management but till today noone has gotten back to me. i email retension and i keep being told that my query is being worked on, i keep following up with no response, now i am fed up bcoz i received another statement that i owe for this month why is mtn refusing to cancel my contract? if they are broke they must make it know not to rob us off our hard earned cash. i am sick n tired because no one is bothering to sort this problem out. this is the 4th complain on Hello peter n mtn does not bother to respond. their retensions department will make you wait for over an hour on the line only to not even assist you.

After holding for almost an hour to get assistance i finally get an agent to take my call, then he tells me to wait when he checks my profile i waited until the call got cut. i called again a very rude lady answered and rudely asked me how was i tranfered to prepaid if i claim that i was on the line with contract, i explained i called prepaid, then transfered to contract then retensions. she was very rude, but it is not suprising as mtn also has no respect for its customers. hence they keep deducting money that does not belong to them.
