MTN Full of Lies

Ibhave noy received my promotional data and minutes for december on the 18th. I have been phoning MTN since then and left messages on FB. Yesterday I hot told that it was a mistake from MTN and my date and Minutes will be loaded it take 2 to 24hours now today still nothing and I phoned again and was told my issue will be escalated again and it can take up to 72 hours for the outcome as the one manager does not know what the other manager did so process has to be started again. MTN what are you trying? It has been 10 days.
