MTN frustration

Trying to stop my late husband cell phone contract. Hand in death certificate, ID with deceased stamp on, letter from attorneys to state that they have instruction from The Executor to winding up estate. No word from MTN. Just say... Sorry waiting for legal dept. This is so frustrating. Please help me to stop contract. J Hanekom ***
