Mtn frustration

<p>I called Mtn twice yesterday to query about my data that was not loaded as of the 21st as I have a contract. Both the people I spoke to said they've logged a query. Today still no data. I call again today and they can't pick up any queries logged

I am still waiting and I've had no response with mtn. I've just called the again and kept me waiting on the line for an hr then the line dropped. What do I have to do to get mtn to take my request seriously!!!
