MTN frustrating us with resolving reference numbers without doing anything

I see Mtn is never responding to any reviews, that is point number one, we have been complaining for the last year, but they keep on resolving the matter but does not, there really sometimes very nice people that we talk to and they do try help, but we go nowhere, paying for services but have very poor signal and we not in a rural area, we in Benoni. Tonight I complained again, I was emailed a form, no explanation, very poor email with another company info, which I would have been very upset if I was the other company. Before I could even fill in the form, I got an email to say the matter with the reference was resolved, which it was not. So this is their problem, and why we have no records, as soon as the call center say resolve the complaint magically disappear. No I would not recommend Mtn. but who is better...... none of the service providers as I see on hellopeter.
