MTN FRUSTRATES N HAS NO PHONE NUMBERS

ON Sunday 12th April 2020 I lost my phone which is on the MTN network. I urgently needed to replace the SIM i.e. I needed a SIM swop. I am Medical Doctor currently working at 1 of our larger Government Clinics in Alexandra. I got out my spare phone n called MTNs help number 135 which in my 20+ years of being a MTN subscriber has always had "HIGH CALL VOLUMES" and never been resolved. The Number - 135 DOES NOT WOR**** I then e-mailed the customer care centre on SUNDAY. and included a new contact number ***. A NETWORK THAT CAN'T CALL YOU. I received an e-mail on Thursday 4 days later from Thobeka Maya and another from Jabulile Shabalala both requested answers to confidential questions, MTN is a network with no phones!! No phone numbers. They could have called me and ask these questions. I want a simple SIM swop as a Doctor during the Lockdown. I answered all their questions and I keep a certified copy of my I,D, on my computer and e-mailed this. No reply yet. I need a simple SIM SWOP from a network that has no phones n phone numbers !!!! REFERENCE NUMBER #*** Dr Ismael Bhoja 17/04/20
