MTN Fruad Profile changes and contract taken out without your authorization as a customer

Disappointed. MTN ***** is rife. Allowing orders/new contracts to be conducted without your authorization and presences as a customer. On Saturday there was activity on my existing profile and updates were happening, profile updates to email address *** and phone number *** which is unknown to me (that is the *****ster). Immediately alerted MTN of the *****. And was assured this was flagged BUT to my surprise today (tuesday) 3 days later , there is an order/new contract opened under my name that I did not initiate. They won't even give insight as to who is doing this they just say note. This is an inconvenience to my life knowing that they allowing such ***** to take place. Meaning anyone can easily take over your MTN profile and do whatever they want.
