MTN FRUAD !!!!!!!!!!

How far does one have to go to get mtn to actually take notice they are wasting our time and money !!!!!! I have a sim card that just suddenly stopped working after recharging with R400 airtime and no one are able to fix the problem and I have spoken to more that 35 so called service champions with crying babies @ home name it I have tried it !!! I want my money back mtn if you cant provide service !!!!!!!!!!!!! I f I step into a store take something and not pay its called ? Theft !!! But if mtn gets paid R400 for airtime and the sim card goes faulty they dont do anything to repair or making a menace !!! Asking for a supervisor does not help !Asking for them to reverse the money does not help! Now what is all that called ?
