Mtn from the best to the most unhelpfull

Mtn does not up hold the basic rules as a service provider. After going in store and asking for help 3 mounth later the problem stays the same . I do not get mounthly statements and i do my pament as i have been doing it for last 10 years plus . Mtn does not even send me a notification that my line is cut .
