MTN from hell

MTN offered me a contract online and they delivered a wrong I sent back the following day and they confirmed to have received their phone and SIM card but they debited R580 from my account when I call to ask they say the contract they cancelled is active and no one seems to care to help been calling them for full 2 days still no answer.i have a ref number for the cancellation they even called me to confirm the cancellation but I’m paying for a ghost contract and their customer service is from hell
