Mtn from hell

Hi,

I received a laptop from mtn, a few days later the laptop started freezing and some of the keys dont seem to work. I then tried to contact mtn and they told me i had to be in touch with the supplier, i couldn't get through to the supplier after holding on the phone, i then called mtn to assist me and they also kept transferring me to other departments until i decided to cancel the contract, the cancellation department just rings and Noone answeres, customer care is useless as they also keep transferring. My frustration is that i had bought the laptop for work and im unable to work with it and im paying close to r400 for it. I dont know how best i can resolve this, but i think since mtn doesn't want to help me id be glad to return the laptop and cancel. Its less than a month old and im so 😥 disgusted by these people
