MTN from bad to worse!!

MTN thank you for replying to my previous complaint that i must contact you. I did I have proof of more than 50 emails and calls. Without any success. Still you do not even try to contact us. Nobody can seem to help me. There is no one to speak to! This is the worst service ever by any business! I will contact the ombudsmen within 24 hours if i do not get a personal call from MTN to resolve this problem. 7 Contracts - 5 numbers suddenly not working for more than 10 days. No one can tell me who cancelled them. Now that is a good thing to know that any body can change your details on an account without the clients consent.
