03 Dec 2015, 14:42Hello Feduptotally ,
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We have now perused your account and we see that you are on a MTN Choice 50 package. You receive 50 anytime minutes, 100MB's of data and a 50 SMS bundle. We see that there is a usage limit of R800.00 set on the account. This allows you to make use of the service additionally to the value to the R800.00 (calls, data & SMS).
We have now set the usage limit to R0.00 and you will be able to increase the usage limit by simply dialling *141*0#, select option 5 (My Account), then select option 1 (Manage Usage) and thereafter option 1 again (Manage Usage Limit). The usage limit will allow you to keep your bill to a minimum and avoid a bill shock.
We've also now sent you both itemised billing reports for the month of October & November 2015 for your perusal.
Regards
Tim
